I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough for Occupational Therapy services. She worked with my pre-teen daughter with a dual diagnosis of Down syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Due to her communication difficulties, as well as very poor coordination/fine motor control, she can be challenging to work with and frustrates easily. From the very first session, Michelle had my daughter engaged, happy, and progressing. Alexis looked forward to therapy each week. Even during the Covid pandemic, Michelle was able to pivot and provide Telehealth therapy in our home. She created an individualized a Google Classroom for us to work on each week, and we had a Zoom or phone call weekly to gauge progress. Michelle has an extensive array of strategies, and her experience is evident. The ONLY reason we aren’t still with her is that we have moved out of state! She was honestly one of our toughest goodbyes. We miss you Michelle!

I am beyond grateful that we found Ms. Michelle. She helped to confirm my son's difficulty with Sensory Processing and his delay in motor skills. Ms. Michelle’s knowledge in the field and her ability to connect with the patients and parents, set her apart from other OTs. She was truly a blessing in disguise for our family. Every session was different and helped to improve my sons motor skills with basic techniques that we could easily implement at home. My son would often melt down from exhaustion, yet Mrs. Michelle always remained patient and got him to bounce back. Even on his most stubborn days where he would refuse to work she managed to make the session a positive fun experience for him. There are not enough ways to thank her for all she did for my family and the knowledge she gave my husband and me to help support our son.

I have worked with Michelle in my previous role as an elementary school principal for several years. Michelle is (still to this day) one of the most professional, caring and knowledgeable occupational therapists I have worked with! In addition to her wealth of knowledge in the field, her compassion and kindness in working with children and families is really what sets her apart from the others. My son started with Miss Michelle around 18 months for about two years. When we initially came to see her, he was struggling with his balance, core strength & with sensory regulation. Not only did he greatly improve in all these areas, he also improved in areas of joint attention, focus and reciprocal play. I’m so grateful we had our first two pivotal years with her! What a blessing she was to our son, as well as our entire family! We will always be grateful for what Michelle did for our little boy!
